Building people:
When I was first employed, the number of people working in the field was remarkably few. I realized building more people was an important thing I had to do. I have contributed in increasing the number of people working in the technical area now by training them in various training programs. I also contributed in introducing new faces to the camera, and encouraging new actors.
All the field newscasters working at the Atoll Bureaus of TVM were trained by me. Apart from working in the field, some of whom I have trained have been given the chance to work with me in my projects.
 
I trained seventeen individuals in the course held at Addu, Certificate in Broadcast Journalism 2 (from 1 November 2006 to 28 December 2006).
 
I trained the participants of the Certificate in Broadcast Journalism 3 (held in Addu atoll from 9 April 2007 to 6 June 2007) to operate the camera and to improve their prowess as cameramen. All participants have been employed and are working in the field.
  
I trained the 23 participants of the Basic Film Production course held in Laamu Fonadhoo from 2 May 2008 to 31 May 2008.
  
I trained the 16 participants of the Broadcast Journalism course 4 held in Addoo Atoll Hithadhoo
for a duration of 3 months in 2008.
I trained eleven participants in the Fundamentals of Cinematography course held by the Maldives Film association (held from 20 June 2007 to 1 August 2007). The course helped participants to be employed at different private companies.
 
Apart from working in the field, some of whom I have trained have been given the chance to work with me in my projects.
